Vietnam is the biggest beneficiary of Donald Trump's trade war with China. Much of the rest of South East Asia is also benefiting. Some of the products Vietnam is shipping to the US have come from China, which is illegal. Much of the time, American industrial supply lines have been shifted out of China to Vietnam.

Joe Biden was admitted to the Delaware bar in 1969. Biden received student draft deferments during this period, at the peak of the Vietnam War, and in 1968, he was reclassified by the Selective Service System as not available for service due to having had asthma as a teenager. Biden has one of the longest backgrounds in foreign affairs of any living politician. This can be seen as both good and bad, depending on how his voting record is interpreted.
